I am a practicing Dentist and have discovered a new way to eliminate pain on Medical Injections.
There are 18 Billion injections given worldwide every year, wherein my Device would be applicable.
There are 1,000,000 Physicians,4,000,000 Nurses,130,000 Phlebotomists,300,000 Paramedics and 320,000 Pharmacists covering the
United States. I believe my invention could include Canada and Europe.
The Vibrating Medical Injection address the concept: ”The Gate Theory of Pain Modulation”. The human mind is
unable to focus on two events at the same time. The invention has a strong Vibrating surface that distracts the
patient from pain during the injection. For example, when you obtain the annual Virus injection, or the Covid
injection, the needle injection can be quite painful because it is inserted into muscle tissue. The Vibrating Medical
Injection is placed over the proposed site for before the injection procedure, to distract the patient from the
upcoming injection.
I have tested my invention on over 600 dental patients (with an oral application). It really is a miracle, because the
strong vibration eliminates or nearly eliminates any injection pain.
The Medical Device is completed. I utilized my own funds to design, manufacture and complete the product. It is
anticipated that clinicians will purchase more than one item at a time. For example, Physicians have 3 or more
private patient rooms in a given office and will keep the device in the same room to save time.
